The current detached bungalow is under new ownership and in need of renovation. Our design has gained planning and building regulation approval for an additional floor to be constructed over the ground floor with larger two storey glazed extension with sea views, glazed former and large cantilevered projecting balcony at first floor.

the additional floor allows for additional ground floor bedrooms, utility space and feature stairs.

the first floor will be used for living with large kitchen, dining and living rooms.
